VeronaPOS can track and record a log on how the sales ticket has been operated.

 

       1. Go to Menu > Setting > Main > Sales

 

       2. Scroll down to Order Screen > Ticket Action Log

       3. Use drop-down menu > YES

System Menu

 

       4. Save & restart POS program

System Menu

Ticket action log can be accessed from tickets section from the Sales/Map screen.
